- 16 oz. mayonnaise (real)
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz. liquid (pimentos with)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded white)
- 18 slices thick cut bacon (cooked)
- 5 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 18 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 6 sandwich wraps (or X-large plain burrito)

Directions
- To make the pimento cheese: Whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire and seasonings.
- Gently fold in all of the shredded cheese and diced pimento with liquid. Mix well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours preferably overnight.
- Prepare the bacon sprinkling with cracked black pepper prior to baking. Set aside to cool slightly.
