- 4 tsp. relish (sweet hot, Wickles is best)
- 3 Tbsp. sweet onion (grated)
- 4 oz. diced pimentos (drained)
- 2 tsp. frank (hot sauce, ’s is best)
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 3 buttermilk biscuits (prepared)
- 3 slices honey ham
- 6 chips (sweet hot pickle, I used McClure’s but Wickles is great, too!)
- 3 Tbsp. pimento cheese
