    If you are looking for something that tastes similar to regular pimento cheese, this is not it. DO NOT use a full tablespoon of Dijon mustard as it calls for. In fact, I would omit it or use very little. To me it ruined the taste of the dip. I usually like Pioneer Woman recipes. Not this one.
