- 1 lb. medium shrimp (cooked)
- 1 lb. ravioli (cooked, or tortellini with your favorite filling at room temperature; stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent sticking.)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped basil (fresh, or parsley.)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
