- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Pretty much a good result but I did cheat a bit & use a pre-made pizza dough for time reasons. Even if I say so myself it came out almost as good as the real thing eaten in Turkey & TRNC. Strangely none of our local Turkish Restaurants make it as part of menu
