- 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 1 orange (peeled, seeded)
- roasted peanuts (as desired)
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce

Directions
- Shred the orange carefully into small pieces with your hands.
- Mix the jicama, carrot, cucumber, and orange in a medium bowl.
- Mix the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- Serve each portion in small bowls with the dressing and peanuts on top.
