    It was delicious. I used it in my collard wraps and the flavors of the pico de gallo and its jalapeño combined perfectly and enhance the whole experience. This recipe is now part of my favorite recipe arsenal.

    It's a great recipe and very easy to increase or decrease the heat. The iteration my family enjoys most isnwhen I use 1 medium chile pepper (instead of 2 mild ones) and 2 tsp salt with all the other ingredients.

    Great flavor, but its enough for a PARTY! I had to freeze over half and i feed 4 daily.

    This was a fresh and tasty side dish which added great value to a meal. I used my own herbs and whatever I had in the cupboard for the ingredients I didn't have. Lovely recipe.

    Nice and fresh and zesty! I doubled the cilantro, cuz I'm crazy for cilantro, and I used purple onion b/c I didn't have white. Thanks for the recipe :)
