GREAT staple recipe! Its like a chocolate quick bread, similar to banana nut or zucchini bread. We will eat this as breakfast bread, so next time will cut back chocolate Chips to 1/2 amount. Cinnamon may need to be reduced to 1/2 tsp. Omitted nuts for my son, but would be delicious & plan to add next time. May experiment with doing half whole wheat half regular flour for nutritional content and adding 1/4 cup applesauce to retain moisture.
