I added white pepper, celery seed instead of Celery, Shallots vs Onion and garlic powder to the recipe + doubled up the shrimp ( 2 lbs ) for a dinner party crowd tomorrow evening in the SC Lowcountry ….. the capers make for a great taste and presentation ingredient and the fresh Thyme is the exclamation point on flavoring ….. the pickled shrimp will be a crowd pleaser!
