Great! i didn't add as much sugar and realized after that i probably should have put more. Also had tripled the recipie and last batch made forgot the suar completely. so my beets are very pickled! They are delicious 😋

Very good taste. Simple to do.
Roasted the beets wrapped in foil with a little olive oil. For the cider I used apple cider vinegar and also added a "pinch" of crushed red peppers.
Will make again.
