I have never marinated these more than a couple of hours. Pickle juice is really intense! In fact, I cut it with a little water. I also cut my chicken into nugget sized pieces. I take them straight from the juice, roll them in some flour seasoned with some Lawry's and fry them in oil. I also toss some pickle slices in with the chicken, coat them, and fry as well! The hubby loves fried pickles. Taste just like Chick-fil-A! Kids are completely addicted!
