- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper (large, chopped)
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives (sliced)
- 8 oz. linguine (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup queso fresco (cheese, crumbled)

Directions
- Cook ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until ground beef is done and vegetables are tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, raisins and olives. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Toss with hot linguine, cilantro and cheese.
