- garlic

- sour cream

Directions
- 1. Sauté pork with onion and garlic until tender. Add white wine and let reduce 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
- 2. Simmer until flavors are fully combined
- 3. Remove from heat and let cool overnight. Once meat is cool, strain from the liquid
