Exquisitely! Disappeared in fifteen minutes.
You need to know that each layer of phyllo pastry needs its own coat of melted butter brushed on. That is utterly key. In all you will need a box if phyllo dough. I increased the recipe to use 10 layers each time. The recipe calls for 5 layers at one point, it does better with a consistent ten layers on each. The first time I made it, I used sundries tomatoes, it worked well. The second time I used real tomato, it should work well. Play with the types of cheese you like, see what works for you best.
