Very good, The directions are a little hard to read like I accidentally added the broth with all of the spices when you were supposed to sauté the spices first but it still turned out really good

I have had Pho before so I was excited to make this but it just did not turn out well. The flavors just did not marry well at all.

Now what the heck is 1 ginger... and 1 bean sprout? Haha.
Still better than the other pho recipes on here.
Mine turned out lacking that restaurant flavor though

I was intimidated at first but it was actually pretty easy, the only thing I did different was add the thin sliced beef to the broth and let it cook there because I didn’t trust it to cook in the bowl, it was delicious!!! Will make again definitely:)

I thought this was delicious and easy to make. I doubled this fish sauce and sugar. I also added a bit more clove and star anise. So delicious!
