- 1/4 cup coriander seeds (whole)
- 6 whole cloves
- 6 whole star anise
- 1 Tbsp. fennel seed
- 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 qt. organic chicken broth (/stock)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 bunch scallions (chop dark green top parts into 1" pieces, reserve bottom white parts for garnishing, optional)
- 3 inches ginger (piece of, peeled, sliced & smashed with the side of a knife)
- 1 cup kale (packed Earthbound Farms, Italia, blend of baby kale, arugula & radicchio)
- 1 bok choy (leaf, torn up, save white part for salads or another recipe)
- 2 cups chicken breast meat (cooked, hand torn into large edible sized pieces, see Tip# 1)
- 2 bunches bean thread noodles (or 5 to 6 oz of dried flat rice noodles)
- 1/2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (per bowl, optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (roughly)
- scallions (Remaining bottom parts from, sliced thin)
- 1/2 lime (small organic, cut into 2 wedges)
