- 300 grams mushrooms (thinly sliced, I use small mushrooms)
- 1 capsicum (large Green, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 4 cups beef stock
- shredded cheese (to top taco boats. I use 3 cheese mix)
