These are good! Don’t really satisfy the craving for a real Philly cheesesteak but it was still delicious! Would be great for a party.

i made this with meatless grounds and didnt add the beef broth. it was so good! I also didnt use cornstartch and i added garlic to the pan

So yummy!
The only thing I’ll say is the sauce was very runny even though I reduced for like 10 mins. I’d recommend using 2/3 or even 1/2 cup beef broth instead of a full cup.
