Pretty good. Half a slice if cheese was fine for the proportions I used (I only had a smaller amount of meat available, so I used light filling). Unlike other egg rolls I've made, better hot than cold due to the melted cheese

I've been making these for years. They are labor intensive but well worth the effort.
