- 4 protein powder (doses)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. yeast

- ground black pepper (to taste)
- herb mix (Provencal, to taste)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix the brans and skimmed milk powder.
- Combine with the protein powder, egg, yeast, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
