    turned out great! made it flourless and added a pinch of baking soda instead to make it fluffy, also replaced tomato with sun-dried tomatoes on oil and panela cheese

    Easy and quick to make and very tasty. I substituted 3 links of hot Italian sausage for the turkey kielbasa and that was awesome.

    Loved this! I’m not a quiche fan but the kids wanted to try a quiche and I’ve been struggling to get them to want to eat anything other than Spag Bol so we gave it a go and everyone liked it! I made one large quiche rather than small individual ones and it worked well. I also crumbed some feta on the top before serving. Will def make again.
