    Lime was just the right hint to add at the end. I used coloured peppers and red onions instead of tomatoes

    Very tasty! I used what I had available in my house (1 cup frozen kale, feta cheese and a little parmesan) and it turned out great!

    I am a huge fan! One of the best imaginable combination side dishes possible for any type of fish. I added a few chopped Kalamata olives as a garnish and thought it really enhanced the flavor.
