Used finely grated hard cheddar in place of goat cheese as I loathe all goat products. Sat palmiers on absorbent kitchen paper to cool as quite oily. Very tasty, and a dollop of fresh pesto and sprinkle of ground cayenne gave them a nice little kick!
Was as the perfect way to use a last and lonely defrosted sheet of butter puff pastry! Thanks 😀😀
