100% would make again, used a potato peeler on a single zucchini and substituted vegi noodles in as well. Same awesome flavor combo, cook as directed and add the pasta in after you cook the sliced zucchini

this was quick and delicious. i used sauteed chicken tenderloins instead of grilled chicken breasts because that's what i had but it was good

This dish was very good. I added feta cheese and it gave it the right flavor boost.
