This was my first attempt to try this recipe. I recommend getting a larger spiralizer if you come across larger zucchini. I tried to cut some of the large Zucchini in half and made a bit of a squishy mess but it was fun. I have The Pesto Zucchini Noodles turn out great. The recipe was very simple to follow. I will definitely use this recipe again in the future.
