This has changed my belief that tofu can actually taste great. I actually cooked it longer to become crispier. I wasn’t a fan of the mushyness when cooking it to directions...it wasn’t bad tasting...just the texture was not to my liking. I had this dish last night for dinner and just ate the rest today for dinner. I will make it again

Delicious and quick. Would recommend doubling everything for a great lunch the next day or so.
