Very yummy. I made vigo rice with a bit of added after curry, cumin, pink salt and black pepper. I followed tilapia recipe except I had to use olive oil butter and added a bit of paprika/spicy blend i use for my fish. I like things extra spiced so nothing against your recipe👌🏻a bit of lemon juice at the end. What I loved was the temp and the fact my fish was still have frozen but cooked delicious (though I did wait longer to take it out for the timeframe I’d recommend fresh ) thanks!
