It was soo good!! I didn’t use frozen spinach, instead I cooked the spinach and let it cool, but it still turned out amazing.

Super good! I didn’t add as much pasta sauce because I didn’t want it to drown out the pesto flavor and it was perfect!

So good, I added more sauce, and instead of pesto I added more spinach sautéed mushrooms and onions.

D E L I C I O U S ! My boyfriend had the idea to take the shells out 5 minutes before the timer went off to put Parmesan & mozzarella cheese on top of the dish so it could melt into a cheesy coat during the last 5 minutes!
