This was a big hit among many appetizers I made for a cocktail party I hosted. I doubled the recipe and didn’t use as much pesto as it called for as it seemed like too much to me. (Recipe called for 1 1/2 cups but I did just over a cup). I would suggest you use your own judgment and taste for how much you use. I cooked for at least 25 minutes and they were perfect. Will definitely make again.

I made these for my husband who loves mushrooms. He said it was yummy... restaurant quality.
