Delicious and easy! I'll be adding this to my dinner rotation. The pesto/sun dried tomato/prosciutto combo can be a little oily, so next time I'll put more effort into fully straining the tomatoes.

I did change the recipe slightly adding diced chicken breast and mushrooms instead of cured ham and sun tried tomatos. It was good
