The first panini was much too oily, as the pesto seeped through the bread and made a greasy mess.so I adjusted the amount of pesto for the next sandwich and it was much better, my family enjoyed them very much. Next time I’ll use a different bread (used sliced sourdough this time).

Incredibly yummy!!! My wife and I gobbled these up and will definitely make them a part of our regular weeknight recipes!!

This was good, but I think it needs something else. I used homemade pesto, but this sandwich just didn't have the flavor I was expecting. It might just need a sharper cheese and some herbs on the tomatoes.

I just wasn’t crazy about this. I followed the directions, but maybe it’s just not for me. Won’t make again. I think I prefer meat.
