Yummy, Easy & Fun to Make. Fun because I learned something new…how to cook spinach sauté style! Served over white, buttered rice.

This was great! Really good flavors. Don’t skip the balsamic glaze it made the whole dish come together very nicely.

So delicious!!! You could probably half the balsamic though our plates we drenched and still had some left over, I felt bad wasting it.

Was so easy to make and tasted phenomenal. I put it over a bed of pasta with pesto for a more complete meal.

Turned out fabulously! The directions were not completely clear but I made it work. Husband baked Beer Bread we used to sop up the juices. Way too good. But comfort during this pandemic. will make it again many times

Very tasty. My husband loved it. I served it with warm ciabatta to sop up all the juices. I’m not a big fan of sweet, so I might forego the balsamic syrup for myself. Husband says he’ll have mine.

Used thicker mozzarella and hand cut it for a more cheesy, authentic taste. Stayed pretty true to the recipe otherwise and it was incredible. Wife said it was the best home-cooked meal she’s had in a long, long time!

I've made this twice, once as the recipe called for. Then again, but just the chicken as a side to chicken carbonara. Very very good and easy. You won't need the recipe after the first time making this.

This was incredible! I used already prepared balsamic glaze! Definitely a keeper in my house and super easy and fast!
