I added some broccoli and cauliflower tossed in pesto in the pan too and it turned out yummy! Definitely will make again! The hubby loved it too!

Absolutely recommend searing the chicken first! Keeps the moisture in and oven time down to 20-25 min. Great dish!

This idea is great! The only issue was that it was not cooked well enough for my fiancé and me.
