Delicious. Cook time was too long as fish was somewhat overdone.
Added a couple of thinly sliced green onions to tomato mix.

Delicious! I did not have walnuts for the pesto sauce, so I used pine nuts and it worked perfectly.

I didn’t make the zucchini noodles but the salmon cooked this was was delicious. I will certainly make again.
