- 60 grams strong white flour (bread flour If you don't have it use plain flour.)
- 1 tsp. active yeast (Instant dried, I used Alison easy bake yeast)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ghee (One and a half, or unsalted butter)
- 60 mL milk (Lukewarm)
- 60 mL natural yogurt (Plain, at room temperature)
- 60 mL water
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts (almond, cashew and pistachio)
- 3 Tbsp. sultana (yellow raisins)
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (Melted)
- plain flour (Extra, to dust)
- 1 Tbsp. almond slivers
