We loved it and thought the taste was authentic. We used one bunch of fresh cilantro so not 2 cups (was more like 1 after we chopped it) We cut back the mustard to 1 tablespoon and added a small piece of frozen rocoto (peruvian red pepper) for more kick!

I added the jalapeño little by little because I didn't want the sauce very spicy. I ended up using about 1/2 a jalapeño. I also added less mustard.
