- cilantro
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 16 oz. beer (preferably something Mexican or Spanish in nature. if not use Budweiser not light)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (whatever kind you prefer)
- 1 white onion (or red)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- 3 cups rice (white, brown, or yellow)

Directions
- Wash and chop up the desired amount of cilantro. I use about 1 cup total. Get a large pot (enough to fit all your chicken and rice together in). Get a plate or bowl ready on the side.
