Turned out great on my first try. I used grape seed oil and nutritional yeast however, once I added the cauliflower, the mix was still a bit runny so I added a little bit of almond meal to thicken. I made BBQ chicken pizza and it was excellent. The crust held up well and my husband had no idea this was a cauliflower crust. I only baked for 18 minutes or so, so I just recommend checking every 10 minutes to make sure it doesn’t over cook.
