- 2 dates (soft, pitted and chopped)
- 1 1/4 cups Fuyu persimmon (frozen, slices)
- 1 1/4 cups tangerine (frozen seeded, segments, such as Satsuma)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric root (packed finely grated fresh, or 1/4 teaspoon dried, ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (packed finely grated)
- 1 inch vanilla bean (chopped, or a splash of vanilla extract)
- 1 cup raw cashews (whole ")
