Really great, my family loves them! We did it without the icing and it tastes great too!

Mind turned out great! I used 3/4’s cup of freshly mashed persimmons (that I picked from a neighbor’s yard) and it definitely took more than two or three to get the amount needed for the recipe; and that obviously was slightly under a cup as some of the persimmon’s weren’t ripe enough yet. I also added pecans and cranberries- they were so delicious!
