- pomegranate seeds (or rose petals dusted with sugar, optional, to garnish)
- 1/3 cup cream (80 mL, pure/thin cream)

Wasn’t fully cooked after 1 hr 10 min, then completely fell in the center. Next time would cool in the oven a bit with the door ajar. Also, this is definitely not a pavlova! In the same family, sure. The taste was really interesting. The halva, dates, and pistachios all worked really well. The barberries/cranberries (I used a mix) were just too tart for me. Jury’s out on the rose water.
