Amazing! I never heard of Bloomed saffron. But it was easy to do! Eliminated the bell pepper, cinnamon, and onion slices. I added onion powder to the dry seasons and seasoned gently under the skins. Did the saffron next as written. I also cooked it differently. I grilled it at 275-300 for exactly 1 hour. I always blade cut at the joint to allow for the best cook thru (no bloody bones). At 45 minutes I brushed on remaining saffron and finished it. This was my first test of this recipe and let me say there just wasn't enough to completely satisfy the family. It tasted amazing and very juicy. My sides were yellow rice w/peas and a Caesar salad. Definitely will try this on stove top and its a keeper for sure!!!
