- 10 garlic cloves (cut in half)
- 6 Tbsp. sofrito
- 3 packets goya sazon (with culantro y achiote, paleo diet: substitute a 3 Tbsp mixture of equal parts of sea salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, paprika and oregano)

It was good! I cooked it for 6.5 hours at 280 degrees. I put the orange and lime in the marinade. I’m not big on over bearing citrus on my food. I marinated the pork shoulder approximately 12 hours. Next time I’ll do 36 hours, and cook on 200 for 10-11 hours.
It was on the bland side. I added adobe once I pulled the pork apart and seasoned the juice more.
I made it for Mother’s Day 2020, and my mother liked it. However, I LOVED it the next day after sitting in the refrigerator for a night. With a little bit of hot sauce!!!!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!!
