- 250 grams chicken livers (Fresh, you can use frozen if you can't get hold of fresh)
- 2 onions (large, roughly chopped)
- 4 tomatoes (large ripe, roughly chopped and retain the juice approximately the same amount by volume as the onions)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes (Dried, use your own judgment)
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- 1 tsp. garlic paste (or you can use chopped cloves of garlic)
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower oil (for sweating the onion)
