    Very tasty recipe. I used boneless chicken breast that I wacked with a meat hammer and grilled for 10ish minutes each side, adding marinade several times (I let it cook off so I didn't poison everyone.) It came out very juicy and flavorful. I also added a splash of vinegar to the bottled lemon juice I used to mimic fresh lemon and cut the chili powder by half.

    Made a few modification and used it to bake a turkey breast. I added mushrooms and reduced the lemon juice to half of a cup.
