Just like Mom’s recipe. These were great. My daughters and I ate almost all of the 18 that we made, before they even cooled.
Followed directions to the letter, they turned out really good. I put chocolate chips on top before baking. I only cooked them for 9 mins don’t over bake if you want them soft. If you like a crisp cookie just bake 2-3 mins longer

The recipe is a good one - easy to assemble even without a mixer - I was lazy and did not want to get my kitchen aide mixer out...😌 waiting now to taste the results...and they are very good. I used Costco natural organic peanut butter, which is very runny and Crisco butter flavor baking stick. They are very soft cookies so I had to bake them longer.

PB cookies of dreams. I was impatient and only let the dough cool for an hour, to compensate for their stickyness I coated my pressing fork with sugar. Baking for 14 minutes was perfect.

They were delicious! The only thing I would change would be a little more peanut butter for stronger flavor. Thank you!

This is my fist time making peanut cookies and I'm so glad I had chosen this recipe. Could've not been any simpler. The result was soft and they seem to dissolve in your mouth. Don't over mix the dough or you'll have tough cookies. I made these cookies for my son and plus I have three jars of peanut butter I needed to use up. Instead of using a fork to press them down I used a potatoe masher, sprayed with Pam so the dough wouldn't stick. The result as you can see was peferct IMO.

I've never really baked before but these were super easy to make and turned out great. I swapped the rolling sugar for chocolate chips.

Stuck to the recipe and they were just ok. I like mine with a stronger peanut butter flavor,so more pb, less butter and sugar next time.

Come a little flat. Next time I’d add a little more flour but they came great!

Came out perfect! I used whole wheat flower and self rising flower. I also added brewers yeast! (A little addition for nursing mom here! 😊) added some dark choc. Chips and white choc. Chips as well!

These turned out great! I didn’t have a cup of butter so I used 7 tbsp and they are super soft and chewy!!

I used Jiff peanut butter, which I find sweet so I cut back on the sugar (3/4 w and 3/4 b). Glad I did because otherwise it would have been too sweet. Like others have commented, I had to bake mine longer -- 15 minutes. Very yummy and will definitely make again!

Great! Mine took 11-12 minutes using parchment paper. I also used a cookie scoop. I didn't roll in sugar but used sugar on my fork to make marks. They have crunchy edges and soft centers,
Delicious! I used parchment paper on the baking sheets to make sure the bottoms wouldn't burn. The cookies also took about 10 or 11 minutes. It's all in how big you make the dough balls!
