delicious. i cooked ours for an extra half an hour. the fat didnt render down as much as id like but i should have seared the fat side longer before putting in the slow cooker. Will definitely make this again.

Made this recipe and it was amazing! We did cook the roast another 2 hours in the crock pot after searing but I believe that was a technical error on my end. This was delicious!

Turned out very tender and delicious. I would cook to 150 degrees, this was a little too rare for my family.

It turned out great and delicious I definitely think you should try it❤️👌
So pleased with the result! Cooked a small scotch fillet roast using the meat thermometer as described (Ikea meat thermometer) and cooked until it until the alarm went off once meat reached 60 degrees centigrade. I did turn the meat over during cooking and also put a bed of lightly fried onions in the bottom of the crock pot bowl. Took slightly longer than the 90 minutes and I turned the temp to high for a while. I think my slow cooker is just that - slow! Like my roast beef quite pink in the middle and this is exactly how it turned out. Moist and tender. Terrific recipe, thanks 😀😀😀

Turned out well... I had to cook it for 2 hours +.... turned out medium-well, which is perfect! Would be good if you stuffed it with garlic cloves, I added Worcestershire sauce to it, which added great flavor
