- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted + more for the pan)
- 1/2 cup oat milk (with full fat coconut milk, but I find no need for extra coconut milk.)

great pancakes...I replaced maple syroup for banana for my kids, and rice flour instead buckweat...mild in taste, dont fall appart, tastes like regular pancakes!
