I made cupcakes for my son's birthday, they turned out AMAZING!!! I did alter the recipe slightly.....
I used a family size box of Vanilla pudding mix in place of 1/2 cup of sugar, I used unsweetened apple sauce ( 1 individual serving cup), and i added an extra tablespoonful (or 2) to thin the mix up a little.
