I liked how simple this recipe was. I did add shoyu during frying and sautéed mushrooms & onions in butter & garlic. Added sautéed mushrooms and garlic during the last 5 minutes of baking. Removed from oven and added parsley for color. It was ono! Hawaiian for DELICIOUS 😋

These turned out AMAZING! My husband loved them! I had to adjust the time due to the thickness of mine. I added maybe 20 more minutes (my chops were thick!) they came out so juicy and delicious! I will absolutely be making this again!

Ive done this one a couple times and it hasn't steered me wrong. Dial your cook time back if you have a thinner chop but i always use a thermometer and check.

This is my favorite pork recipe so far they took longer to get and internal temperature of 145. My cuts must just be unusually thick

Solid. Great recipe. Easy and fast. I added, because that’s what I do, brown sugar to one side and white pepper, opposed to fresh ground pepper. Then stood up all the chops onto the bone side on cast iron skillet in a convection oven for 15
